During World War II I went to school. After finishing school I became a electrician first and later worked many years for the german post office as a telecommunication officer. Because of my specialized knowledge and my ability to work with customers I was later on able to start my own business as a commercial agent for industrial machines. Now I am enjoying my well deserved retirement.
I have two children and have been happily married many years. My wife and I have just celebrated our Golden Wedding anniversary.
During the past ten years I have intensively researched my Feinauer ancestors.
In the meantime I have efficient helpers at my side. My daughter Margarita Frey, nee Feinauer and my grandson Daniel Feinauer who helps me with the computer and the internet.
Manfred Feinauer passed away surprisingly on 12. September 2005. His passion was the genealogy. Although he was less mobile, for reasons of age, he was able to communicate via email with friends and family members from around the world.
In memory of his old website I have this moved to a subfolder. It will not be changed – but retained. The current page will change from time to time and grow. (A grandchildren)
